At Luminance OÜ, we’re always happy to be part of inspiring interior projects and help create beautiful and cozy spaces. Today we’re sharing one of our recent projects — a modern apartment in the Lõvirahu area of Mustamäe, Tallinn — where most of the lighting was done using products by Denkirs, a brand we proudly represent.
This project makes active use of the Belty strap system by Denkirs, which not only looks stylish but also solves a common challenge: when the power outlet is not located where the light is needed.
Kitchen Accent Lighting
Above the kitchen island, GRILL series lights were suspended on straps. These luminaires provide directed lighting that is soft, warm, and doesn’t dazzle the eyes. With a CRI over 90, the color rendering is exceptionally natural — ideal for kitchen use.
Additionally, the kitchen cabinets are beautifully highlighted by SPOT series lights with matte diffusers, which softly distribute light and enhance the textures of the materials.
A Smart Solution for “Wrong Power Outlet Location”
One of the client’s requests was to light a small desk by the window, but the power outlet was far from ideal. Thanks to the Belty system, the right suspension hardware, and a FLOW series luminaire, we implemented a clean and functional solution — without touching the ceiling structure.
Stylish and Modern Room Lighting
In one of the rooms, we used Belty straps again, this time with FLOW and ORB series fixtures. Two luminaires hang from the ceiling, while a spherical light is mounted vertically with a counterweighted strap. The result is eye-catching, trendy, and unique.
