Right of Return

If the product purchased from our online store doesn’t meet your expectations, you have the right to return it within 14 days and receive a full refund.

How to return a product:

• Fill in the [withdrawal form] or send a free-form request to info@luminance.ee
• Alternatively, you can return the item directly to our store at Suurvälja 5, 75413 Vaela

Important information:

• You may test the product only in the way typically allowed in physical stores – to check its nature and functionality.
• If the product is damaged or worn due to improper use, the customer is liable for the decrease in value.
• We cannot accept returns for products that have been opened, used, or have damaged packaging after delivery.
• Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal notice. Luminance reserves the right to delay the refund until the item is received or proof of return is provided.
