Can I see the products in person?
Yes, you're welcome to visit our showroom at Suurvälja tee 5, 75413 Vaela küla, Harjumaa.
Can I order spare parts or replacement glass?
Please contact us by phone or email to check availability and prices of spare parts.
How long does delivery take?
• Estonia: 1–3 working days
• International: 3–7 calendar days
• International: 3–7 calendar days
Can I add products to an existing order?
If your order hasn't been shipped yet, contact us and we’ll gladly add products to it.
Can I return products if I’m not satisfied?
Yes, you can return unused, undamaged items in original packaging within 14 days of delivery.
Do your lights come with a warranty?
Yes, all lights come with a 3-year warranty (excluding bulbs).
How is delivery handled?
We use our own delivery service and Omniva courier.
What if I’m not home at the time of delivery?
The courier will notify you beforehand. If you’re not available, a second attempt will be made the next day.
How do I file a complaint and check the status?
Use our website’s complaint form for fast processing and tracking.
What to include when returning a product?
Please include a copy of the invoice and reason for the return.
What if the product is damaged upon delivery?
Notify the courier immediately after unpacking. Instructions are also on the package.
How long does complaint processing take?
We aim to process as quickly as possible. Legally, we have up to 30 days.
Are products well protected for courier delivery?
Yes, they are securely packed. Additional packaging is available for track systems.
Why are some products marked as used?
Some products may have minor visual defects or were used as showroom samples. They are fully functional and discounted accordingly.
